The shop’s owner, Panagiotis Giannoulis, is a rider, who started competing in Enduro MTB races in 2012. Since then, he has participated in numerous races, both local and national, in the Enduro and XC categories. Over the years, the experience he gained from preparing and working on his own bike has given him a significant advantage in understanding the essentials of a ride and how to be prepared for any situation. For him, cycling is not just a free time hobby; it’s a way of life, a deep passion that led him, in the summer of 2021, to make the decision and open this shop.

After earning his third-level bike mechanic certification, “Cycle ‘Fit’ Maintenance,” from the MIAS organization, he set up the workshop with the necessary bike tools and equipment and organized the space so that cyclists can watch the work being done on their bikes and receive the necessary information.

In the bike rental section, great care is taken to understand individual customer needs, helping them make the right bike choice, as well as the necessary equipment and accessories.

Throughout the shop’s operation, Panagiotis has participated in every event related to urban cycling and bike transport promotion. He supports every local race that is organized.

He organizes educational seminars on technical issues related to bike maintenance, as well as lessons on safe bike riding in the mountains.

The bike rental service emerged from the customers’ needs and the specific gap in the tourism sector. The island of Lesvos has incredible landscapes, from olive groves, pine forests, and chestnut groves to completely barren and arid land with wild beauty. The island is utterly different in each of the four seasons, making it difficult to recognize the same place at different times of the year. The way everything blossoms, and the horizon turns green in the spring after the leaves have fallen and winter has passed, is incredible. It’s one of the most beautiful changes we experience as residents here. The summer season is prolonged due to good weather conditions, allowing visitors to see even more places. Cycling is the best way to see the island or even get a quick tour of Mytilene city, because it brings you in direct contact with the people, the scents, and the landscape.

Panagiotis’ goal is to provide high quality service while being honest and direct to the customers. His vision is to spread the unique experience of cycling, whether in the mountains or on the road, regardless of age or gender, helping each person to find what they’re looking for through cycling—whether it’s just a ride, a means of transport, a way of exercise, or just a way to have fun, or find peace and quite or an adrenaline rush.
