Mercury-e

Mercury-e has made a significant investment by having a modern fleet of 2000 high quality electric bicycles with international and European certifications. With a fully organised maintenance and repair department, an organised IT/software development department and a special focus on user service and support, Mercury-e achieves a high level of service quality and reliability.  A key role is certainly played by our local partners who work daily to ensure the smooth operation and management of the fleet in their areas of responsibility.

Already in the first year of operation, our services are available in several cities of the country such as Chania, Ioannina, Heraklion, Rethymno, Larissa, Agios Nikolaos and Ierapetra, while the network of partners is constantly expanding. Already more than 50,000 users of the Mercury-e app have taken rides on our electric bikes, either for entertainment purposes or to meet the needs of transportation to and from the workplace or for other needs of everyday life. Feedback through communication with users is a valuable source of information for us and a driver for the continuous development of our services to provide the best possible experience and service to meet the needs of the public.

Inspired by the vision of sustainable mobility and the provision of reliable micromobility solutions that improve the quality of life in our cities, the Mercury-e team has high goals for the development and expansion of our services.
