With a steadfast focus on inspiration and the creation of life experiences, with an innovative spirit and an unwavering commitment to quality standards Higher Than Everest operates not only in Greece but across all continents.

Based in Alexandroupolis since its inception, it has promoted a series of initiatives aimed at strengthening alternative and thematic tourism in the broader region of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace. However it has never stopped there. With a constant focus on and dedication to people, it uses every available means to enhance physical activity, which, combined with the process of ideal experiential activities, leads every participant to an optimal state of well-being.

The soul and inspiration behind Higher Than Everest is none other than Kiki Tsakaldimi, first Greek woman to attempt an ascent of Mount Everest back in 2017. Since then she has been a constant source of inspiration through her lectures and ongoing initiatives, working closely with social organizations such as “The Smile of the Child” and “FairLife – Care and Prevention for Lung Cancer.”

Focusing now on cycling tourism and without burdening you with unnecessary details we highlight the favorite regular destinations of Higher Than Everest, where we conduct periodic tours outside of Greece. These include destinations such as Tuscany, Corsica, Sicily, Furka Passage, Ancient Ionian coastline, Andes Passes, Lakes of Bolivia, and a series of routes across the United States in major national monuments and parks—Yosemite Valley Loop, Zion National Park, Georgia’s Historic Heartland, Camino de la muerte, Colorado National Monument Road Loop etc.

Respectively beloved locations in Greece where we have conducted thematic mountain bike tourism: Samothrace, the ancient Mesembria Zone of Ismaros, Mount Pelion, the Zagorochoria villages, the Sithonian Peninsula, the mountainous Arcadia, the beloved islands of Kefallinia and Ithaca, several Aegean islands, Laconia and Messenia, the Rhodope mountain national park, and finally mount Holomontas in Halkidhiki.
